AmCare provides additional functionality for administrators: First, tools create and modify types of results and assessments, interventions, patient letter templates, drug interactions, disease profile definitions, and outcomes reports items. A universal outcomes report allows administrators to monitor interventions and the time managers spend on their populations, fulfill HEDIS, NCQA, and JCAHO reporting requirements, populate quality assurance reports, and compare the effectiveness of different approaches to patient care.
