AmCare™ Document Gateway is a scanned document interface for entering data into AmCare. For instance, physicians can take forms on their rounds, or into exams, or patients can do their own assessments. Then the information can be entered and verified in batches, where it becomes a permanent part of patients' charts. Forms can be adapted from pre-existing institutional forms and questionnaires, or created anew for use in any variety of contexts.
